Ivan the terrible was a Czar in Russia.
Paul McCartney played a historic show in Moscow, Russia.
Al has met Paul, and parodied him.

NEWER rule: No historical figures unless they're from 1900 and on. It would not be fair to anyone.

Off game: There was another link, which is, as I think, more believable:

Ivan The Terrible was a Russian Czar, better known for his violent and cruel behavior, and who was perfectly portrayed by Nikolai Cherkasov in Sergey Eisenstein's movie "Ivan The Terrible".
The music for the movie was composed by Sergey Prokofiev.
Among Prokofiev's other works, there is also "Peter And The Wolf", which Al and Wendy Carlos had succesfully parodied.

Neil Diamond is the author of the song "Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon", played in Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction".
Leslie Nielsen parodied "Pulp Fiction"'s dance scene in "Spy Hard".
Al sang a theme song in "Spy Hard".

Does that count???
