Well, we wouldn't just be giving it away. The new moderator will have earned it by showing they are the right person for the job. You can't win the game by not knowing what you're doing! (I assume, I haven't seen any of the challenges.

Well, I have a couple challenge ideas that the next host could use. One of them was a whole challenge that I had to ditch because of a certain quitter who shall remain nameless.

If I get FIRED from the Alprentice, I may give them to anth to use, if he wants them. If not, I'll pass them along to whoever hosts the next Survivor.
