These is not the right sequence as on our qwerty typewriters ( ? )

As far as I know , the russians write our letters in what's called cyrillic ones :
Cyrillic

It's Russian. In IE, right click the page > Encoding > Cyrillic.

It's not Russian. If it was, I'd write it straight in Cyrillic. ;)
