Yeah, that's what I meant. Even after hearing the song 5 times, I couldn't quite remember exactly what he said there.algonacchick @ Aug 21 2006, 07:39 PM wrote: Actually, he says "just ask him", but, yeah, I could see why people might be hearing "fat@$$".

Just the point I made a few weeks ago. It's a benefit song for "starving" rock musicians! Classic!!nedseagoon @ Aug 21 2006, 07:23 PM wrote: You know, I was kind of surprised that the song wasn't more anti-filesharing. From the comments he's made about it, Al does seem to take a dim view of it personally, but in the song all the jokes were at the expense of the greedy rock stars and the hamfisted RIAA.

Yeah, the topic is a bit dated at this point, but I still think it works. The power behind the chorus, especially at the end just adds to the ludacrisy (sp?) of the message. It's almost like he's screaming, "Enough with the downloading craze! Just buy the freakin' albums!"
I'm surprised noone's mentioned the absence of the word "HOOLIGAN" from the song.

I can't quite make it out.
Cane and Rinse: weekly thoughtful video game discussion. Give it a listen, won't you?

I pointed this out (with the help of anth) in the non-spoiler forum where discussion is also taking place. After the line mentioning Lars Ulrich, in the background he sings "just ask him". That could be it.Ovitz @ Aug 21 2006, 07:31 PM wrote: What has been mistaken for "Fatass?" I can't here it anywhere.
