Judging by the tracklist that I found on snopes.com, this song is legit, except that it's actually called "I'll Sue Ya" instead of "I'll Sue You."
Well i'm too lazy to track down the originally post, but as i remember it the guy said he heard about it, as in overheard speach. So if someone said the title was "I'll Sue Ya" it's natural to figure he was saying "I'll Sue You"

the title could have very well changed over the course of a year too.
I'm actually surprised this is a real song. I thought for sure this rumor wouldn't pan out. It'll be interesting to see what Al comes up for this one. I have no guesses.
Maybe it's about all those cheesy court shows on TV like Judge Judy or The People's Court. I think they're pretty much the venues of choice for the stupid and greedy.
Is there another potential TV song? ... and food, is there food?
I still think this will have something to do with frivilous lawsuits and our sue-happy culture. He could come up with really crazy scenarios and make up crazy lawsuits.
Since it was mentioned that this would be a rock song and we have this whole "rap style" thingie going on, maybe this is a Linkin Park style parody? Maybe "Encore"? Crossover, you know?
