You never know...it could go "On stomping day!"
How much wood could a wood chuck chuck if the wood chuck's name was Prince?

Hmmm....good point. I hadn't thought of that. And come to think of it, it would be really funny for Al to turn a politically charged song like "Holiday" into a song about something as completely random as weasel stomping.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

Kevbo's right.

Notice for example, how "Ode to a Superhero" has EXACTLY the same number of syllables in the title as "Piano Man." Or how "The Plumbing Song" had exactly the same number as "Baby, Don't Forget My Number/Blame it on the Rain." An even better example is the way "Jerry Springer" matches with "One Week," or how "Gump" has the same number of syllables as "Lump." Well, that last one's a bad example, but you get the point!

:P I'm just playin' with you Kevbo! But yeah, the point's kinda been made repeatedly that the syllables in the titles don't need to match. Al started breaking that pattern with"Headline News," and pretty much abandoned it with "Running with Scissors" and "Poodle Hat."

But for the record, I really don't think WSD is a parody.

If it's animated (Robot Chicken news), there's a very tiny chance it's anything but original.

Nothing we haven't already figured out, but in "Twisted Toyfare Theatre Volume 7," Al mentions the "Robot Chicken" thing.
Al wrote: Frankly, other than an appearance in an upcoming episode of Robot Chicken, my exposure to action figures has been limited at best.

Do you think that means Al (or his action figure likeness?) will appear in the video?

It would be very cool if it was his action figure likeness, and then they started selling copies of it as official merch. I'd buy a zillion.

Is there a possibility that the song is a style parody of Dragostei Din Tei? Maybe Firelynn wasn't familiar with that song.
