I absolutely loved this song, as well. It really does justice to the original. He could have left the radio part out, though. That just wasn't funny. Other than that, though, the song was amazing!
Cane and Rinse: weekly thoughtful video game discussion. Give it a listen, won't you?

Me too! I also want to know where his wallet is. It was kinda suspicious the way he just said, "Nevermind," and waved off the issue. I'm betting he left it at his girlfriend's house.spacedingo @ Sep 26 2006, 05:48 PM wrote: I DEMAND more chapters!!! I need to know what Larry wanted!![]()
It would be so awesome if he added to this song in concert.

Like Ryan said, the radio part didn't really do it for me but other than that: amazing.

I'm ranking every Beatles song on my new pop culture blog. Check it out!

As I already said in my complete album review, this song just blew me away. It was already the song I was looking forward to the most and I had really high expectations for it. It exceeded those expectations beyond belief. It's just such a dead-on parody. It captures the mundanity and stupidity of "Trapped in the Closet" perfectly. I love how he dragged out the actual trip to the drive-thru. "Did I mention the Drive-Thru?"

Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I guess I'll be the outsider then. I've never heard the original, I'm not sure I want to if it's this long and drawn out.
"Trapped in the Drive-Thru" was just too much. I can appreciate the satire, I see it there. It's just not that funny to me, it's actually feels kind of painful to listen to. Maybe that's the joke. It's just not my favorite, it's the song I constantly skip over.
It has funny parts, but the over all package just falls flat for me.
