I think that would depend more on the particular venue. Some places allow cameras, some don't. You're best bet it to find the particular concert you are going to (here) and visit the venue's website. Otherwise find its topic in the Touring and Live Appearances forum and ask any questions there. Some people here may have been to the venue before.
