Does anyone think this polkas list of songs was shorter due to royalty payments & stuff or is it probably just because they flowed better with less songs & longer portions?

I think too much time was spent on the opening and closing songs. I would have liked to have hear 'Let It Go' or 'Everything is Awesome,' The latter would have fit in right at the 3:12 mark. OTOH, I think the traditions between songs are the best they've been on any polka medley.

Spoiler:
He could have just said "everything is awesome" instead of "this is super awesome".

Well, I assume this was recorded in 2013, so EIA is out of the question, and maybe this was recorded before Frozen came out or became a hit, and either way, Disney is very tight on their songs.

I guess now that it's leaked you have to hold something over us! :P
Haha! I was honestly just stepping out for lunch, came back and had to prepare to leave again for a wedding, which I've just returned from! I actually remembered that I forgot to reply on my way to the wedding, haha.
Spoiler:
As someone guessed, it's Suzanne. I guess if she was already on SOL, it's not as noteworthy!

They got me excited: Party Rock Anthem, and We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. Suit & Tie, Cups, & Moves Like Jagger would've been fun. But, hey, I wasn't expecting Timber or Scream and Shout. Either way, great polka. Could've been longer/more inclusive is all I'm saying, but its not like I'm disappointed.
I went and looked through the Polka Spec thread for potential songs to add into the fake medley. I don't even know what "Party Rock Anthem" sounds like, I just switched it with the existing LMFAO song. I was kinda trying to tell a story with the last few songs but realized it should have ended with "We Are Never Ever...", though I can hear "Call Me Maybe" closing it too.

Spoiler:
The inclusion of Timber is what kind of threw me off as to when this was recorded cause that song peaked on the charts in January of this year, so it still might have been recorded in April along with Tacky.

The only song that I'm disappointed isn't in here is "Suit & Tie".

Yeah, I was hoping for that one too. It would have fit in nicely.

I'm glad Let It Go wasn't in this. I finally saw Frozen...I liked it, except for the songs. They were underwhelming.
