Here is a look at all the details, jokes, and references hidden in this video: http://imgur.com/a/x1hMw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Made by a Reddit user. They're not all spot on, like the 30 Rock one is questionable, but still, interesting stuff!

Just as I'd predicted, my least favorite parody target is (probably, it's still early) my favorite parody on MF.

Definitely a new classic in Al's catalog.

And the video just makes it even better.

It may be premature for me to state this, but I think this might be my favorite parody he's ever done. Previously, it was "White and Nerdy," and the more I listen to this, the more I enjoy it and find it even stronger than W&N. The lyrics are so tight and every line is clever. W&N has flaws that this one doesn't have.

I'm not necessarily what you would call a "fan" of Robin Thicke...he's a douche. But the fact that he shared this video on Twitter AND Facebook, makes me like him a little bit...you don't see a lot of celebrities acknowledge parodies of their songs...in fact this is the first I've seen of it.

Actually, it says "Learn your ABC's." I do believe that is a grammatical error in the Word Crimes video (hey, somebody had to spot one). :P

Not sure if this has been pointed out just yet, but here is one of my favorite pieces of wordplay in this song...
Time to learn your homophones is past due.
"Past" is a homophone for "passed."

"Due" is a homophone for "do" or "dew."

As much as I hate it when people do that, I think it can be considered proper grammar. Source: http://www.grammar-monster.com/lessons/ ... ations.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I've tried to see if this has been posted but there's so much posted today that it's overwhelming.

Here's Jarrett Heather's making of the video. There's a video of Al's demo of the song too!

EDIT: And then there was this email between Heather and Al

If this has been posted already just ignore it :)
