Re: Sports Song
That was OK. I do like the idea of a high school or college marching band going out and halftime and performing that song, but I agree with BTD that there could have been more visual gags in the audience. I did enjoy the cameos from Steve and Bermuda though.

Why wasn't Jim in there?
Also, can someone explain the scene with the blank signs? What was the point of that? I assume it's a joke that I'm not understanding due to my apathy towards sports.

I think it was poorly executed, but the black and white signs I believe were supposed to spell something as a whole. When they flipped, I believe I made out "SUCK." I'll have to go back and re-watch to see if I can make out the first side.Bruce the Duck wrote:Why wasn't Jim in there?

Yes, they spelled "great" and "suck".darkhornet wrote: I think it was poorly executed, but the black and white signs I believe were supposed to spell something as a whole. When they flipped, I believe I made out "SUCK." I'll have to go back and re-watch to see if I can make out the first side.

Oh, okay. Thanks. I was wondering why the signs were blank and wasn't even paying attention the larger image. It doesn't work very well, especially the "GREAT" part. Also, one of the guys near the bottom of the "T" had his sign flipped the wrong way.

I agree. And those two lone football players head-butting was awkward. It would actually be funny if we saw two teams beating the crap out of each other. Seriously, what was the point of all that?!Bruce the Duck wrote:Ugh. That was pretty lame. For some reason, Al looks really awkward when he's marching. I can't watch the "Party in CIA" performance for this reason. There should have been more gags in the audience. Someone needs to re-edit this and stick in some funny sports footage or something.

This video is a stinker. Would have been better to make a video for Inactive or the Polka than this.
