Hmm. Well, the skull you posted didn't have canines. They're all flat. So I guess I don't know what a skull with missing teeth has to do with first world problems... Explain? :3

With the line,"Now I've gotta brush my teeth like a Neanderthal" the picture is of ancient hominid teeth. I admit I couldn't find very many good pictures. Pictures that better show Neanderthal teeth are things like this:
But I think a whole skull might have been too cryptic.
I wanted to give it a shot anyway to see if anyone would be able to guess.
