Re: Nightmare Album V
Tough one. Not really a bad song in this bunch. I agree with anth that it should have been Polka Party! But out of the two everyone else is voting for, "Clone" is just a bit more clever.

Re: Nightmare Album V
I think the final round should be a polka round if one isn't chosen beforehand.
Despite the fact that it's fairly obvious that Party will win it.

Re: Nightmare Album V
It's obvious that I Was Only Kidding is the "least funny" option here, however that's not what we are voting on. The music of that song makes it much more enjoyable to listen to than I Think I'm A Clone Now. The idea of this Nightmare Album is to choose the set of songs you'd least want to listen to, right? I'd rather listen to Kidding, even if its lyrics are less overtly comedic.

I voted "I Was Only Kidding". Before the Nightmare Album polls, I hadn't realized how solid the fifth tracks are overall.

It warms my heart to see the distaste for "I Was Only Kidding" which I have always thought of as perhaps Al's only truly mean-spirited song.

Re: Nightmare Album V
Agree 100% with anth that Polka Party is EASILY the weakest of Al's polkas. That said, IWOK has always been one of my least favorite Al originals. I don't care for the musical style to begin with, and then it's basically a one-joke song as others have said. That's my pick for track 5 of the Nightmare Album.

Well, I disagree about the weakest polka, and my vote reflects that. I'm not a Rolling Stones even a little bit. I understand why Al would do an all-RS polka, but it falls flat for me. At least in standard polkas, the targets that I don't like are usually done in a way that makes them humorous.
