What I'm looking for is the slogan. The sticky tag is rather small, I don't have the actual dimensions (they're on my other computer.)

I have made some that are specifically for the star fund, but OE suggested that if they were less specific to the star fund, and more just fun fan stuff they might be more readily accepted.

So stuff like "Weird Al" Polkas!... Only, you know... funny. It's the funny that I'm having trouble with.

I was wondering what the hang-up was, Scotti, considering how fertile your mind is for coming up with good graphic ideas. I was beginning to be afraid I'd offended you by my comments on the first batch of designs. But, you know, since we're not doing a big commercial printing of these with a long turnaround time or anything, we could just start with "Weird Al rocks!" and "Weird Al polkas!" just to get something into the hands of willing volunteers (hint, hint) for distribution, and then work "funny" into the "product line" a little bit later. They're only going to be done a hundred or so at a time, so putting new ones into the mix would be very easy.

Oh, BTW, the stickies are 2 3/16" x 3 3/8" but part of that is border.

Well, I came up with a slogan I used on a button I made for myself for the August 8th Gulfport concert, but it was for WOWAYF:

"Come waste some time with all the chatroom yakkers!"

But for generic Al related cutesy sayings ... well, we could go with some that are obvious [since not EVERYONE there will be a rabid fan:

"Just EAT IT!!" [maybe with a very cautiously designed slogan & logo that just hinted of Nike without clear copyright infringement ... :F  ]
"Remember ... L.A. spelled backwards is 'AL'!!" [hey, maybe that could be another one for the LA WeirdAlStar campaign, hmm?]
"You can watch anything you want to, man." [with an image of Al from Kilborn or Nick Mag 10th]
Weird Al -- The reason polka was invented.
Weird Al -- The Original Parody Animal [instead of "party" animal ... um, yeah, okay ... <_< ]

And maybe some with jokes that the diehards would "get":
"Escape from your boring meaningless existence -- listen to Weird Al!"
"I was a worthless hunk of slime ... then I found Weird Al!!"
Polka your eyes out!!
Just another day in parodies
Weird Al is JUUUUUUUUUST PEACHY!!!
Sign my poodle, s'il vous plait?

And for a graphic without a slogan, how about a drawing of a superhero with his foot on top of three villains on the ground -- but we replace the superhero's head with Al and the villains' with Prince, Coolio, and Eminem?

 Meh. They're not all that spectacular, I'm afraid. But maybe there's a nugget or two in there you can use. I'll think about it some more later. Hope dat helps!

I love your ideas, Dr. Dad! Let's see what Bobbi thinks. I'm sure there are a few she'd like to use.

I'm cracked up by "Just another day in parodies"-- especially when the tour does its OC run.

by Insert Coin(s) to Continue
Or maybe:

"Wakka wakka doo doo yeah!!"
or
"Ask yourself one question, are your towels oh so fluffy?"

More great suggestions! Bobbi, I would wear one that said "I'll Be Mellow When I'm Dead" since that is my motto in life! hehe!

Thanks guys. OE, you didn't offend me, I was just waiting for inspiration to strike. And it didn't. Expect some of these in your inbox soon.

Keep thinking!
