I kept hearing "Sorry I was using your head for a tip" in P@TLC. It wasn't until I read the lyric posted in the PH Reviews a few seconds ago thread that I realized it was wrong.

I asked my mom if Eddie Vedder was wall eyed, she said no, so I got curious...

Well, being "wall-eyed" can be considered a form of lazy eye.

I'm pretty sure its the opposite of cross eyed, both your eyes go slightly outwards... I think...
