I originally wanted a cover of Fun Zone to start the album, and then have a polka of 12 original Al songs we hadn't already covered on the CD. It takes a lot of time and talent that we didn't have to make a polka medly, so we didn't.

We like more recognition!

On an interesting note (and probably a good addition to the 27 list), The FuMP Volume 27 contains two songs from the new tribute album, as well as "If I Could Be Weird Al" by Moneyshot Cosmonauts.

Finally bought it on iTunes. Love it!

I'm happy to announce that the first statement for the album has been sent to the charities, and so far we've made $180.27 (yes, it came out to that--not kidding) for both the Weird Al Star Fund and Make the Rock Hall Weird.

How can I buy an actual CD of this? CD Baby seems to be sold out, and the Paypal link on the site doesn't seem to work.
