I've prepped a much more extensive review that I will be putting elsewhere, but I'll sum it up in a nice little recap for your convenience.
Wait, is there going to be a separate thread outside the spoiler forum for reviews, or will this thread just be moved out to the regular forum today? Cause I want to post my review, but I don't want to have to post it twice. Ah, well, I'm posting it anyway.
Mind you, I haven't yet watched ANY of the special features, so this review is only for the songs and booklet.
1. White & Nerdy - Awesome parody, as I've said before. This is easily one of Al's best lead singles and also one of his best rap parodies. It's certainly better than "Couch Potato" and "You're Pitiful." The only thing that could have made this better is if it were another verse longer. But oh well. 9/10
2. Pancreas - I've listened three times already, and I just can't get into this song. Musically it's interesting, but not all that catchy. Lyrically, it's pretty bland as well. It's impressive when you look at the liner notes and see how many instruments Al performed on this, but overall, this is the only song that I was kinda disappointed with. definitely my least favorite second track, a spot usually reserved for one of the two best originals on an album. 5/10
3. Canadian Idiot - The obvious jokes aside, this song was still hilarious! The end was surprising, as it is the first time Al really comes close to tackling political issues in his music. I see the end as a bit of a subtle jab at President Bush's foreign policy. Although I'm a Bush supporter, I still found the way he did this in the song to be very well done. 8/10
4. I'll Sue Ya - Possibly my favorite original on the album. This was the first time during the initial listen that I literally laughed out loud. The ridiculous situations in the song are brilliant and inspired! And the music is awesome as well. I know it's a Rage Against the Machine style parody, but I also hear a bit of Kid Rock in there. I know their styles are similar, but the very beginning sounds just like a certain Kid Rock song. Can't think of the song at the moment. 10/10
5. Polkarama! - AWESOME POLKA! I don't know what everyone was complaining about! The "Gold Digger" part aside, this polka flows better than any of his previous polkas. More than any other, it really sounds like all one song instead of bits of other songs stuck together. I also loved the "Chicken Dance" part. Good to see Al give props to a contemporary polka hit. And it leads into "Let's Get it Started" really well. As for the "Gold Digger" part, well, I think he should have left off the first part of the song. It separates the song from the rest of the polka. But I can forgive that! This is easily one of my favorite polkas he's done so far. Of course, it probably helped that I learned all the songs that I didn't know ahead of time!

10/10
6. Virus Alert - Another great song! Lyrically similar to the pattern of "I'll Sue Ya," but at the same time completely different and original. The music is also great. A very obscure style, but it works great with the subject matter. 10/10
7. Confessions Part III - It's really ironic. I absolutely hated the original song for the longest time. And I can't stand Usher most of the time. In prep for the album, I listened to all the original versions repeatedly, and even after multiple times, I still hated "Confessions Part 2." Finally, last week it started to grow on me a little and I found myself singing the chorus in the shower. How ironic is it that this ends up being my favorite parody on the album? I LOVE this song. Hilarious! 10/10
8. Weasel Stomping Day - I agree with what's been said about this being kind of out of place on the album. But it couldn't have gone at the end, that spot NEEDED to be for DDTS. And this song is still really good on it's own. Yeah, it's very different, but it's fun! So, the subject matter isn't Christmas, but the tune certainly sounds Christmasy. Anyone else notice that it's ten years between each Christmas song? I'm looking forward to 2016!

7/10
9. Close, But No Cigar - I'm glad he chose to do this one as a story instead of a list like so many of the other songs on this album. It works better that way. Kinda reminds me of "Good Old Days," "Why Does This Always Happen to Me," and "Truck Drivin' Song," where it plays as a straight song for most of the verse, and then has a twist at the end of each verse. The music is really awesome in this one as well! This is the Cake style parody, right? I might have to check out some of their music. Hey, what's the name of that thing that makes the weird noise after the word "close" in the chorus? I've heard that noise in another Al song, but I can't put my finger on it right now. 10/10
10. Do I Creep You Out - Meh. Crappy original. Al's version doesn't improve it very much. There are some great lines, but it just doesn't go anywhere. It'd be better if it were longer, I think. He at least could have repeated the chorus a few more times at the end, like in the original. Eh, maybe it'll grow on me. 6/10
11. Trapped in the Drive-Thru - GREAT SONG! I loved the original version, and this is just as ridiculous. The Led Zepplin bit had me busting out laughing the second time through. It's just so random. I guess my only complaint about this song is that some of the rythms of the original were broken up by skipping certain lines of music. I don't know how to explain what I'm talking about, but those of you who know the original will know what I mean. BTW, I found it funny that Al used R. Kelly's rhyming of Bridget and midget in "Confessions Part III." Anyway, this song is still great! I wish that it continued. Just like the original, it leaves you wanting more at the end. Best line - "Did I mention the drive-thru?"

9/10
12. Don't Download This Song - Amazing! Even after having heard this song countless times already, it still holds up among the rest of the album. Now I really have no regrets about hearing it early! Awesome music and equally awesome lyrics. I agree with that one reviewer that said he should have impersonated different artists in the song, but it's okay.
Booklet
Picture #1 - That stare is scary and hilarious at the same time. I think I'd run if I saw him in public looking at me like that!
Picture #2 - The band really captured the "who the hell cares that we're on a

album cover anyway" look that rappers and alternative rockers have on their group photos.
Picture #3 - I have a feeling this will be the subject of much drooling for the gals around here.
Picture #4 - Glad to see this was included, since it's the picture on the single. I love his pose in this picture.
Picture #5 - I'm glad Al chose to be a parody artist. Because if he became a pimp instead...he'd be flat broke.

Those are some fugly looking hookers. Surprisingly, Steve looks even worse than Ruben!

And actually, if you squint your eyes REALLY HARD, Jim doesn't look all that bad. REALLY HARD, though!
Picture #6 - Cool water tower.
Picture #7 - Awesome to get to see the other side of that wall. I'm thinking they probably had a tough time deciding which picture should be the front cover.
Picture #8 - Who's that dork?
Special Thanks Section - Cool to see Al thanked James Blunt. That was the right thing to do, I think. But why did he thank Nickelback? Did I miss something? And why didn't USA for Africa (or at least Richie and Jackson) get a nod in the special thanks? Also surprised there wasn't a thank you to Al's parents in there, but maybe using a picture taken by Nick (presumedly) for the special thanks page was his way of giving them a subtle nod. Lumping them together in with all those other folks might not have been appropriate.
Overall (not including special features): 9/10
This album is clearly one of Al's best albums, no doubt. However, I'd have to say that it's not quite as good as "Poodle Hat," which I'm proud to say has managed to keep it's spot on the top of my list of best Al albums. I think the album could have been better if some of the songs were in a different order. Switch "Pancreas" with "I'll Sue Ya" and switch "Close, But No Cigar with "Do I Creep You Out." But all together it's a great piece of work. I'm sure a lot of my opinions will change over time, as they always do.
