The song does a very good job of playing with and then rewarding expectations. The "conspiracy theory" angle was speculated here, but the change of direction in the second verse was still momentarily jarring and confusing. By the time the song reached the "I'm protected 'cause I made this hat" line, though, I was just grinning with anticipation for the chorus. It's a real "Aha! I see where this going; it's all coming together now" kind of moment.

I too was confused at the beginning of the second verse at first. And when he said "Illuminati," I thought he was making a pun about the word "aluminum" (Aluminati) until he got to the stuff about the moon landing. Even though I speculated on my own about conspiracy theories when we first got the track list, Al managed to completely throw me off guard. Still think there should have been a third verse, though.

Isn't it redundant to use spoiler boxes all over a topic that already says

It seems that this might not be the favorite parody on the album, I personally enjoy it quite abit. One thing I don't say enough is I especially love Al's vocal work on this one.

The abrupt ending taints it for me

but I enjoyed it

Enjoyed it very much, great vocal work and very, very true to the original. Didn't like how it abruptly ended and removed the bridge completely. Rank it 5th for the parodies not because I didn't like it, but because I felt the other 4 were stronger.

I actually loved the throwback to the old school food parodies...this was a really enjoyable song, but way too short!

That was exact reaction I had. I missed half the second chorus because I was laughing from it. I even read the damn spoiler saying what was going to happen.

Too bad he mispronounces aluminium.
