hehe, this is kinda funny. I was watching GMA yesterday, and they were doing an early tribute to the first day of Spring by having hula dancers from Hawaii dancing to live music, which consisted of a guy playing the ukelele, and someone singing with him. There were about 15-20 dancers in all. They had what looked like maracas, with big sunflowers attached to them. They were young, between 5-10 years old. Very cute! They danced to a Hawaiian love song, and then, to the Hawaiian War Chant! So I got to hear the traditional version, which was kinda neat. I thought of Al, of course! I just really enjoyed that. Geared me up for my concert, which is now only 6 days away! Woo hoo!
