World of Weird Al Yankovic

I read in some other topic (not sure, don't ask) that that it would be hard for Al to sing it live. Why would it be hard? If its because of the lyrics or the speed, i really don't get it. Because if I can sing it perfectly, then why can't Al sing it decently?

Its the playing part that would be the problem. Beats and such change to rapidly. Plus its a little too long.

It's not the singing. It's the multi-layered instrumentals and sound effects. It's much too long and complicated to do live; I bet they did it in short takes in the studio and spliced it.

Didn't Bermuda say that he tried to duplicate the drum stuff that was typical of Zappa, and Zappa routinely had two drummers. Jon is a great drummer, but even he can't do the job of two drummers at one time.

... is the most awesome "way do way do baum" background singing. Kind of similar to a 50's Do Wop or something, but it really works well here.

I know I'm telling you all something you probably heard like two years ago or something, but to me, it was a little bit of New Al, and I played that part a couple more times before pulling into work.

Yeah, I have noticed that singing before. I've always thought it was really cool. It really has a nice sound to it and it fits in perfectly at that point in the song.

I was wondering... what is the but never the less and inspite all the evidence I am so widely considered to be a... it sounds familiar (btw the song is a nod to Frank, Todd Yunderin and They Might be Giants)
