Thanks for the feedback, Patti! I'm glad it worked.

Thanks, Manda!

I had to net-order raw silk and special dye, I couldn't find that color anywhere. At one point, I was asking myself,

Shouldn't I be doing this for my daughter? I mean, she's 16, and yet my 14-year-old son and I were hitting all the fabric shops. But she knows I'd do the same for her (and have).

I wish I could have posted all of their Al stuff, but I don't have space and nobody could handle the resulting file.

I am doing OMM for school, and I need to know for my mom what the costume is made out of, she said she would make it.

I also need to cut a verse, any one have ideas on which to cut?

I'd say to cut out the "I guess I might seem kind of bitter" verse. And I have no idea what the jacket is made of.

Hey, I'm also thinking of doing OMM for a talent show next year, but when I showed the lyrics to my friend, he thought it was too violent. :/ From a school perspective, what do you all think?

I'd say run the lyrics past whatever teacher/administrator is in charge of the talent show first. Emphasize that it's a JOKE and that no Weird Al fan so far has been known to go home and dive into a swimming pool full of double-edged razor blades.

Replying to the earlier post: I agree-- cut out the "might seem kind of bitter" verse. Somebody might actually "get" the self-service pumps joke and then are you in trouble! :S For costume purposes, any black t-shirt and jeans will work. For the jacket, try a velour.

lolol. That's what I was thinking of. Plus when you hear the actual song, you pretty much know it was intended to be funny. :P

Guys, i am almost garunteed that this is the last question i will ask you...
Ok, i have narrowed it down to three songs to sing for the Talent show, which one should i sing?

Amish Paradise
A Complcated Song
or
Goin Out To SubWay
^^Yes I Realize that the picture is Couch Potato, not Cleanin Out My Closet, and that the Complicated picture doesn't go with the song,so pretend thats me on stage.
