Yes, I think they are about the same level of lewdness. CBB usually gets a TV-14 rating. The word "smurf" airs uncensored a few times per episode, but the more extreme curse words are bleeped out.

Kate Berlant looks like Nina in the future

For those of you who don't know, S3 E7 has two appearances by Al!
I love the part when he stomps off in a huff after Scott says he hated UHF (I have a history of strangely loving his cute meltdowns and huffs. I don't know why, I find them cute). I loved how it was also an episode with an episode hidden in it (it's a new episode in a top 10 show format, no 1 is in a spoiler for those who want to know)

Yep, I've worked on 80 episodes of the show: seasons 3, 4, and 5, with all three bandleaders and all three directors!
You can find my name listed on one of the very last cards in the credits sequence, and I'm always in the top left corner.

The episode you mentioned (with Lizzy Caplan) was the first time Al and I were on set together for CBB. It's one of my favorite episodes of the whole series, and one of the ones on which I am most proud of my work as post supervisor.
