Maybe "I'll Sue You" is in some way a song devoted to Suzanne ... and he's somehow making fun of people who don't have a good marriage, and in comparison he has Sue, and ... well, I don't know ... I'm not a song writer!

Even though it isn't political, it is leaning more towards the political side than Al songs in the past. Right now, my feelings tell me it's not true, but, you know, it could happen.

I don't consider that to be political. It sounds to me like he could just be talking about the sue-happy American culture. You know, now you can get sued for just about anything. It sounds like this song could just be a satire of that "I'll Sue You" mentality. It could be very very funny.
