I think WSD will work better as a video than as a straight song but I like it... and it has :gasp: non-Al vocals!!! (rare)

I see it as an excuse to use weasel squashing noises :P
Hahahaha!

I know that the first time I was listening through this song, I turned it off right before I reached that part, and when I played it through completely, I couldn't stop lauhging at that...and I was thinking exactly that. Al has probably searching for an excuse to make those noises in a song for years... :P

But just to play devil's advocate--I'm not coming down on you--the obvious question would be: why don't you have a problem with humans being killed in Al songs? (An incomplete list of examples would include songs like WDTAHTM, Good Old Days, and both of his Christmas songs.)
good point, and i didn't really think about that, but there is so much animal cruelty in the world that i don't think it is really a joking matter, and while killing people isn't either (in my opinion) it still is socially more acceptable, i.e., more artist and comedians are making fun of it as well.

well, enough of my views on the world, lets get back on topic.

I'm kind of curious what Bermuda means by Nina and Suzanne doing the weasel noises... I can definitly hear Bo doing the screeching, but the weasel noise by Suzanne and Nina are noises I can't hear... Unless Bermuda meant they did the stomping noises?

Maybe audio samples from Nina, Suzanne and Bo were all meshed together to form a weasel noise? You know, just like the "Jurassic Park" dinosaur noises.

it sounds like it is a voice, just ultra high tone at the end of the sfx, after the stomps.

isnt Nina only like 2?

Wow. This may be my new favorite song -- displacing EYKIW! Love the energy, the purposeful mockery (not Colin, from Who's Line Is It Anyway) of animal cruelty and some of our weird "traditions," and especially the sound effects. They are so unexpected, they make you laugh out loud (sorry -- make you ROTFLOL)!

For those that heard it once and hated it, give it a chance, and listen to it a few more times in the context of the ALbum.
Holy crap, I've got a laser cannon!
