I don't know how he got everything that irritates our drive thru workers so much, whether it was interviews or his personal experience (because a lot of famous people worked in fast food) but damn.
No, Al's only "real" job was in the mailroom of a radio syndication company. He's just observant.
~OE, paid for my first year of college with the savings from working McDonalds. The words "school bus" in the right context can still send chills down my spine.

Nah! I ain't angry with you, Cat! You know I love you, girl! I was just busting your chops! Sorry if the smilie was too harsh.

Just what I needed to hear, when I needed to hear it. I think we all have some kind of WOWAY 6th sense...anyone else ever get that?
To get back on topic before Mods eat me alive for causing a disturbance...this song really does get better on every listen...and it's a beautiful example of what vocal talent Al really has..and what range..

..."dollar short"...*overly dramatic for the situation sigh*

Me too! I also want to know where his wallet is. It was kinda suspicious the way he just said, "Nevermind," and waved off the issue. I'm betting he left it at his girlfriend's house.
It would be so awesome if he added to this song in concert.
Al never got his glow-in-the-dark snorkel back either. Cliffhangers like that always leave the door open for sequels.

I love the Led Zeppelin bit, not because I like the song or anything (I had no idea it was a real song, I thought it was just Al's band rockin' out), but because it's so unexpected, and because it's so "opposite" of the monotonous music or the original. I also agree this would be a great opportunity for Al to change things up from concert to concert.
I love the delivered/liver bit too. I'm so waiting to use line sometime.

The delivered/liver line is so funny on it's own, and Al's *delivery* of the line just makes it that much funnier...

Did anyone notice this?
From TITDT:
It was just Cousin Larry callin' for the third time today
From I Remember
Larry:
Or those wacky prank phone calls...
