Would you have also accepted "Blue Man Group once sprayed Cap'n Crunch on LadyKatia during one of their performances. Years later, Al sat on LadyKatia's lap while performing "One More Minute" in Reno"?
As for Ted Danson...
There are a few connections, but the first I found was...
Ted Danson starred in Cheers, which also starred Rhea Perlman. Rhea is married to Danny DeVito, who starred in the series "Taxi" with Marilu Henner. Marilou starred in "Johnny Dangerously", for which Al did the theme song.
Dudley Moore

Actually, Danny DeVito was in "Johnny Dangerously" as well. But :^) for forgetting that obvious one! Here's the one I had (I don't know if you found this one or not:
Ted Danson was on "Cheers" with George Wendt, who made a guest appearance on "Seinfeld" with Michael Richards, who was in UHF with Al.
Dudley Moore was in "Santa Claus" with John Lithgow, who was on "3rd Rock From The Sun" with Wayne Knight, who made a guest appearance on the Drew Carey Show. Drew was in "It's All About The Pentiums." (Wayne also played Seinfeld's infamous Newman.)

Heather Graham

was in "From Hell" with Robbie Coltrane.
Robbie was in "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" with Richard Harris.
Richard sang "MacArthur Park."
Al parodied "MacArthur Park" with "Jurassic Park."

What, is everyone scared of James Reed?

Okay, I will reveal the links.
James Read(okay,I spelled it wrong.) besides being on North and South with Patrick Swayze, was also a guest star on cheers. George Wendt was also one of the Superfans in the SNL sketch which Victoria Jackson was a part before UHF with Al. If you would have went with either Patrick Swayze or George Wendt as the link, you get full credit. However, unless Al was a guest on his talk show, I have no links to Chuck Woolery.

Chuck Woolery hosted "Wheel Of Fortune" back from 1975-82, and is now hosted by Pat Sajak and Vanna White. Al was Stuck in a Closet with Vanna in one of his songs.

SS, we decided no SNL links, however you could use the same Cheers connection we used for Ted Danson - especially since, if I remember right, Kirstey Alley was also in North and South.

You are correct, girlfriend. She was on N&S. Thanks for the reminder, especially since I brought up that point. Who is Stuart Smiley?(P.S. Notice that I like your new Avatar.)
