The Taylor Hicks parody was the replacement. It was the only parody recorded after the whole Atlantic fiasco.

I know technically it's not, but I consider You're Pitiful to be a part of SOL.
I have it listed on my iTunes as SOL... I don't care if SOL is 13 tracks long (which it kindof is.)
Al releasing YP early and not on the album is so cool. and then recording a new song to take it's place. Are we going to be able to tell what is the replacement?
(Wow. This was off-topic.. Let me turn this back on-topic!)
Releasing another song online and then on the album is very interesting. Sounds like Al!
I will be sure to listen to the World Premier, but I will wait to obsess over it until I get the Album and can listen/watch it in 5.1 SURROUND!
I have YP listed as 'Straight Out of Lynwood (Reject)' in iTunes

Well, we don't know that for sure. 2 new songs were recorded after the Atlantic problem. One of them was obviously the Taylor Hicks parody. The other was either a polka or another parody (Maybe the lead one that Al will be premiering on MySpace). It could have been the Chamillionaire parody. We can't really be sure which it was.

Without giving any spoilers away, Chamillionaire posted on his MySpace page a while back that Al was doing a parody of him, Usher, Green Day, and R. Kelly. This means that the only parody to be recorded since then was the Hicks parody. I'm guessing the other track was an original.

But that doesn't necessarily mean that the parody had been recorded at that point. It just means that permission had been requested and granted by Chamillionaire.

Yes, but wouldn`t Cha have known about the TH parody if it had already been recorded?

Yes. But what I'm saying is that there were two songs that began recording on 7/22/06. One of them could have been the Taylor Hicks parody and the other could have been the Chamillionaire parody.

Kevbo's right. The most likely scenario is that the Chamillionaire and the Taylor Hicks parody were the last two recorded. There's another reason why this is most likely true, but I can't state it outside of the spoiler forum.

Yeah, but hasn't it already been pretty much confirmed that the Taylor Hicks parody is "Crazy Cow Therapist?"
