I listened to the album, but in the albums before Make Believe, they sounded closer to Green Day punk-ish. I like Make Believe better than the other albums, but I like the other albums, too!

No, Dookie beats American Idiot by a million gajillion. It's just that I prefer the sound of Make Believe better than the earlier albums. Oh, and I can tell why Pinkerton failed by listening to 30-second clips on iTunes. Bleegh.

Well, we agree on one thing, Dookie's above American Idiot. I wouldn't say by a "million gajillion," though. American Idiot is still way up there for me.

My favorite album is their first one, The Blue Album. Pinkerton is OK, but not my favorite.
