Why not? He's made plenty of drug references in the past, including in his own original lyrics. And many times in polka medleys, including "Basket Case," and "The Dope Show." If Al censored the word weed, I'd be really surprised. There's no need to.
That other word, on the other hand, is highly offensive and he'd be a fool to use it in his song. Which he isn't, so he won't.

I won't take serious offense, but I know some people would. But, I still think it's a moot point because I gurantee that Al will not use that word.
