There was a pretty interesting discussion going on in S4 Game Play that we should continue here.

I lied to people in the game, and I don't think many of the people from the past three seasons (and the drama-filled fourth) can say that they didn't. It is a game. And although a few members have overreated after being voted off (I won't name names), most of us realize that and because lying is so expected in the game of Survivor, it's kind of a "Fool me once, shame on me" since you should never trust anyone at any time (unless of course you're playing with Rudy Boesch).

Though I would never insult anyone (let alone Allie) by comparing them to Lex. That's just mean. :P

Well, I trusted someone once in real life. I got hurt. I tried to let it go and give the benefit of the doubt, and got hurt again. Never again.

That sounds more like Tom than Lex.

"Don't be stupid, stupid! You fooled me once. You even fooled me twice. But not again! :evilstare: "

Jeremy, I don't know who Tom is, but you're pushing it with me.

:o I didn't mean anything against you. Tom is a contestant from the show who got angry at one of the other players for backstabbing him and made the above comment at Tribal Council.

Sorry! :( Friends? :bloem:

Well. Okay. But I'll be willing to bet that guy didn't know anyone from the game in real life before that.

Well, actually he did. The show was All Stars, so most of the contestants knew each other going in. That's why the game was so much more personal than the other seasons.

In the words of Nute Gunray, "You assume too much." What makes you think Allie has been offered a spot on All Stars, let alone accepted? You know what they say about assuming - it makes an @$$ out of "uming."
