I looked at it. It looks like the difference is that good is a quality of appearance, and well is a state.

1. I really didn't know that. I've learned that phrase from Eminem song ages ago and was using it ever since
2. What's so special about the Internet it should be capitalised? The only thing I thought before writing was whether to use "in" or "on".
3. That is not a dangling participle! Joke is on you . That's ending a sentence with a preposition, that may or may not be considered an error.
