World of Weird Al Yankovic

Nothing finished yet, but just wanted to inform my fellow WOWAY-ers that I've been working on a rap album all about birds and birding, which will consist of a mix of parodies and originals, sporadically over the last few years. No, I'm not a musician, just a lyricist, but the concept just came to me a while back (comedy by juxtaposition, you know), and hopefully sometime soon (but not too soon), I'll post some lyrics for everyone's enjoyment. It's been a long while since I've written and posted a fully completed parody, and I'm looking forward to sharing one or more of them one of these days. In the meantime, everybody hang tight, I guess.

This has a lot of potential. Can you say what songs you are parodying, or do we have to look at the tracklist and guess first? Will there be a polka???

So far, the only songs that are definitely being parodied are 2Pac's "California Love" and Fort Minor's "Remember The Name", with Geto Boys' "Damn It Feels Good To Be A Gangsta" also likely. All have been at least somewhat completed, but as you can imagine, writing lyrics specific to birding culture is something of a challenge. But when they are finished, they'll be posted here first.
