I want to help.. I can play accordian and the guitar and I'm pretty good at singing... I have recording software on my PC so I could record a demo or something and send it here somehow...

What a great idea!

I sing really well, and I have a good quality mini-disc recorder. If someone else wanted to lay down tracks and give me a lyric sheet, I'd be happy to do some vocals for ya! :-) I can email tracks of me singing upon request.

Well, I'm not really that musically talaented (except for playing the drums), but I do have a suggestion. Someone should make a remix/cover of Hardware Store using the Al's vocals from the vocal only track on Poodle Hat.

Um...when you say it's a WOWAY tribute album, does that mean songs about WOWAY or songs about Al?

I'm thinking some people will contribute songs about Al but mostly it will be covers of Al originals, like other tribute albums. WOWAY Tribute Album implies its done entirely by members of this forum

Well, I've got a song written for it, so how should I do it? Do I PM you or just post it?

I think you should share it with everyone here so we can make suggestions. We all need good comunication with each other to make this album as good as it should be. I think we all should know whats going to be on the album and agree to all the songs so there are no hard feelings. After all, we don't want to end up like the Beatles :P.
