Albuquerque was always a song I sang/performed on long bus journeys, but nowadays it's Poisoning Pigeons in the Park by Tome Lehrer.

This is classic. Can this be classified as a song? Lots of talking! By the way, I think it's supposed to be drawn out, that's why it's so funny, because he just keeps going on, like there's the chorus several times, lots of "Albequerque's" then a held note then a burp then another big guitar solo and finally the finish!

Oh God...
I was at Boy Scout Camp this past week (yes, I am a Boy Scout. Fwah!) And they made me sing Albuquerque THREE FREAKIN TIMES IN A ROW. (As well as a bunch of other stuff like Ebay, Jerry Springer, Smells Like Nirvana, Livin in the Fridge, Angry White Boy Polka and Couch Potato. I was somehow dragged into doing a live concert for no apparent reason at the trading post. Whee.)

Albuquerque should not be classified as a song. "Epic" seems to be more reasonable.
My favorite part of Albuquerque has to be when it goes "'You got any bear claws?' He said, 'Wait a minute, I'll go check.' 'No, we're outta bear claws!'"

He's great.
I'm a... rocketman.
rocketman.... burnin' out his fuel out here, alone....
I actually heard the original version of "Rocketman" and it's so good I'm making a SECRET PARODY of it. But that's another story for another topic...
