I'm not sure, though.
Really? Why? Well, I guess I'll find out on Tuesday.

What song does he sample, though?

Well if you really wanna know, there's a sample of "Black Dog" in the song. It's a really funny bit and I don't wanna spoil it too much for you since you're one of the ones waiting until Tuesday to hear anything.

Thanks, Jace. That's weird. I'm wondering know what purpose Al would have for sampling a Led Zepplin song when R. Kelly didn't sample anything for his original version. I'm guessing it must be a joke about the car radio. Hmmm. Maybe it's Al's way of compensating for not doing a "classic rock" parody. Sucks that iTunes doesn't have any Zepplin, other than tribute albums.

He made it sound like the song was circulating around the Net BEFORE Atlantic denied permission. Then, he said that Atlantic DID give permission and then retracted it. That's not what happened at all. Oh well!

Yeah, and they also said that the reference in "White and Nerdy" took away his feeling that the whole think had been staged. I can't believe anyone thought that in the first place. Why would Al stage the denial of permission for his lead parody that caused the album to be delayed? Other than that, it's a pretty good review, except for his comments that Al usually falters on his originals.

Well, it's not uncommon for stuff like that to be staged as a publicity stunt.

But Al's not like that.

That's NOT Chamillionaire in the video, And it looks nothing like him. Chamillionaire is younger, thinner and looks completely different than the cat in the video. I don't know why so many people are confusing that guy with Chamillionaire.... Oh wait, I guess every black guy in a side cap looks the same. My mistake.

I don't know where people got that impression either. It never looked like him to me. Not even in the slightest. Maybe people thought that because of the close up that he got, but still...the guy looks as much like Chamillionaire as the saxaphone player in "Living With A Hernia" looks like James Brown or the guy with the pizza in "Fat" looks like Michael Jackson.

A lot of people here (And elsewhere) thought it could be Chamillionaire. It's not this great sin people make it out to be. And I would hope (And pray) it's not a result of stereotyping. ;)

And Jeremy, while I'm sure a few people here are so unfamilliar with rap that they are playing the "He's black, he must be a rapper" card, I'm sure the closeup is what tricked most people into thinking it (Dave pointed out that's what fooled him) :)

I know that. I said that in my post.

But to jump to the conclusion that it's Chamillionaire, especially not even knowing who Chamillionaire is is kinda...well, I won't get into that debate again.

Thank you, I'd appreciate it. ;)

I just wish Tuesday would hurry up and get here already, so these all become moot points
