Probably should've introduced myself a long time ago...

Yo. I'm Ethan. I've been listening to Al since I was was 2 years old, and believe it or not, I can remember the first time I heard him.
My brother was really into him when he was younger, so I grew up listening to his small collection of albums before I eventually got myself copies of all of them. The first song I heard was Fat, and I thought it was hilarious. I didn't have a clue what a parody was at the time, but the music sounded really cool to me. Then I saw the video. I don't know why, but I seemed to have a strange fascination with overweight people at the time so of course, I watched the video non stop. I also happen to be overweight myself, so of course now I fawn over my OWN fat folds. *obvious sarcasm*
The point is, Al has been my hero and inspiration for everything I do for as long as I can remember, (literally…). Friends of mine as well as family members have called me the "unofficial expert on Weird Al", but knowing this forum exists, it's painfully obvious that I'm not. It doesn't really matter. I don't feel like I DESERVE that title anyway. Though I've been listening my whole life, there's still TONS of stuff I don't know, which is why I'm here.
I've only really interacted with fans at concerts, so I think I'll have fun getting to know the community. Glad to finally meet ya'll! let's have some fun!
